Vertex – Brochure
Brief: Having traditionally used a high street agency for all their call centre resourcing Vertex had no external employer brand. They were keen to rectify this whilst reducing attrition rates and increasing the calibre of candidates. They therefore brought resourcing in-house and started advertising direct to market. Having committed to a number of Job Fairs and local events, they had an urgent requirement for a suite of candidate information packs and materials. These needed to reflect the organisation, provide structured information and help build the employer brand.
Solution: We designed a brochure which could hold a number of A4 inserts along with a slot for the appropriate recruiter’s business card. The copy reflected Vertex’s brand values, focusing on their energy and positivity and it was designed within the new brand guidelines. The client needed the brochure very quickly so we pulled out all the stops, producing everything from start to finish including the first 1000 of the print run in less than two weeks.
Results: A professional looking, high quality brochure. Vertex were delighted not only with the look and feel of it but also the content and speed in which it was produced. A total of 13 different inserts were written, designed and printed enabling Vertex to tailor the inserts to the environment in which they are recruiting.
