Manchester Airport Group – Recruitment Advertising

Brief: Manchester Airports Group had spent considerable time and investment creating a suite of brand guidelines for their corporate communications.
Our brief was to translate these into recruitment communications in a coherent and consistent way that would work for both internal and external markets.

Solution: Feather Brooksbank created a suite of strong and impactful recruitment adverts incorporating both specified colours and design guidelines. Their brand promise is “ease” – this could be the "ease" of a journey or that their customers should feel at "ease" etc. We reflected this promise within the copy, converting it to a candidate attraction message and incorporating it within the text, therefore producing adverts with an identifiable tone of voice.

Results: The adverts are eye catching, bold and easy to read within the often cluttered classified recruitment sections. The audience instantly recognises
the Manchester Airports Group logo and standard footer and the adverts
convey their brand with meaning and impact.
